RXR Tops Off Brooklyn Mixed-Use

The 810 Fulton St. development in Fort Greene will offer 393,000 square feet of residential and retail space across 12 floors. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019.

RXR Realty and Broadway Construction Group have topped off 810 Fulton St., the firm’s mixed-use project in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood. The development is scheduled for completion in 2019. 

The 810 Fulton St. property will feature 363 apartments, 163 parking spaces and 33,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Totaling 393,000 square feet, the project will encompass 12 stories.

Residential Details 

The apartment floorplans will be offered in studio, alcove studios, one- and two-bedrooms layouts. Interior features will include washer/dryers, private terraces, high ceilings and large windows, according to RXR. Residents will also have access to amenities including:

  • tenant storage
  • business center with Wi-Fi
  • children’s room with outdoor play area
  • fitness center with yoga studio and outdoor fitness area

  • rooftop lounge with fireplace and catering kitchen

810 Fulton St. is within close proximity to the BAM Cultural District, downtown Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Museum, Barclays Center, Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. It also offers access to the C subway line one block away and the A, B, D, G, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4 and 5 subway lines within half a mile. 

Last August, RXR Realty was tapped to develop a pair of 28-story mixed-use towers in New Rochelle, N.Y.
