Quadrum Global Kicks Off Leasing at FL Senior Housing
- May 03, 2018
Quadrum Global has launched leasing and opened its welcome center for Amavida, its under-construction senior living community in Fort Myers, Fla. Located at 7650 Gladiolus Drive, the 32-acre development will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care.
The campus provides direct access to the 279-acre Lakes Regional Park and will feature 460 rental units, including cottages, residences, apartments and suites. Common amenities include concierge and valet services, an on-site wellness center, a fitness center, an art studio, a cafe, outdoor courtyards, swimming pools, a spa and salon, a variety of restaurants library and a private theater, as well as tennis and pickleball courts.
Located within a five-minute drive from the HealthPark and Gulf Coast Medical Centers—two of the state’s largest hospitals—and 12 other unaffiliated medical office complexes, Amavida is also situated for residents’ healthcare necessities.
Quadrum Senior Living Management
Amavida, which broke ground last year, will open late this year. To oversee operations of the property, Quadrum has created a new entity, Quadrum Senior Living Management. It is being led by President Colin Marshall, who has more than 20 years of senior housing management experience.
Heather Batty, a 17-year industry veteran with experience in Florida and California, is serving as Amavida’s executive director. “By incorporating elements that have made Quadrum’s residential and hospitality projects well received in their respective sectors, we’ve set Amavida apart from other senior living communities,” Batty said.
Quadrum Global, which has offices in New York and Miami, initially developed as part of the Cube Capital Group, an alternative investment house. The company became independent after a spin-off in 2013.
