LMC and Hoar Construction have topped out Gentry, a 21-story luxury community in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village that will offer 290 apartments. Located at 3172 Boswell Road in the upscale neighborhood, the property is expected to welcome its first residents in spring 2020.

Upon completion, Gentry will also feature 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a six-level parking deck with 458 spaces. Amenities will include an eighth-floor terrace with outdoor movie theater, luxury pool area, outdoor lounge with skyline views and rooftop private dining room. Units will range from studios to three-bedroom floorplans, as well as penthouse-level suites, and will offer high-end finishes and private balconies.

The partners broke ground on the project, the redevelopment of a 1-acre surface parking lot, in July of last year. The walkable location provides convenient access to the Buckhead Theater, the Atlanta History Center, and a range of shopping options including Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Transit is available via the Buckhead MARTA station, Georgia State Route 400 and Interstates 85 and 75.

The project marks the second collaboration in Atlanta between LMC, a subsidiary of NYSE-listed Lennar, and Hoar. The partners also built Vireo in the city’s Midtown district, a 310-unit luxury high-rise community that opened in the spring. The 26-story tower is located at 195 13th St. NE.
