Integrity Housing Welcomes Ruby Dhillon as VP

The development expert will spearhead the company’s efforts to source and evaluate new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Integrity, Dhillon served at Newport Partners.

Integrity Housing has added Ruby Dhillon as vice president of development. Dhillon will evaluate development opportunities, source new deals and assist with the financing side of closings. The firm creates and sustains affordable housing for low-income families by bringing together people, partners and resources.

Previously, Dhillon served as vice president of Southwest development at Newport Partners LLC, an entity focused on building Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties throughout the southwestern U.S. She was also vice president of originations at Alliant Capital and the rental programs administrator for the Arizona Department of Housing. Dhillon studied at the University of Southern California and the American College of Law. 

“Ruby Dhillon has very diverse experience in so many facets of development—from government, to equity firm, to developer,” said Integrity Housing Executive Vice President & Founder Anjela Ponce, in prepared remarks.

Most recently, Integrity Housing and MW Development Inc. have selected a property which will house Riverside Apartments in Ventura, Calif. The 23-unit affordable community will be built on a one-acre site, formerly used for lumberyard storage.
