Inland Acquires 267-Unit CO Property

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has negotiated and closed the purchase of Union West Apartments, a Class A community in Lakewood, Colo.
Situated at 35 Van Gordon St., the 267-unit property features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 548 to 1,325 square feet. Constructed in 2016, the community is currently 92.5 percent occupied.

Senior Vice President of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Matthew Tice and Assistance Vice President & Associate Counsel of The Inland Real Estate Group Brett Smith completed the deal on behalf of an Inland affiliate. In November, Tice also arranged the sale of Arterra Place Apartments in Aurora, Colo.
“Union West Apartments’ strong demographics, energy-efficient Class A finishes and prime location next to many large employers, retail centers and public transportation made this an attractive purchase,” Tice told Multi-Housing News. “With the addition of this transaction, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions LLC has completed the acquisition of 4,600 multifamily units in the Denver metro area.”
