Hines has broken ground on The Victor, a luxury residential community in the heart of Dallas. The 344-unit high-rise tower will be the tallest building in the Victory Park neighborhood once completed.

The 39-story property is situated on the northeast corner of Olive St. and Victory Park Lane, adjacent to the American Airlines Center and W Dallas-Victory Hotel. The Victor will be located at the nexus of the burgeoning South Victory District’s three blocks of retail, dining and entertainment.

“The current influx of vibrant retail, restaurant and entertainment offerings has spurred us to action, and we look forward to delivering a premier residential community in Dallas’ new urban hub,” said Ben Brewer, managing director at Hines, in a prepared statement.

The property will include 18 penthouse units on levels 37 through 39 that will range in size from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet. Interiors will include large outdoor living rooms, freestanding bathtubs and high-end finishes.

Luxury Living

Amenities at the building will include 24-hour valet parking, an amenity deck with private dining room and kitchen on the 36th floor, a swimming pool, a sports simulator and theater room, a gym and a dog park, among others.

The development is located steps away from the Texas Railway Express and DART Light Rail-Victory Station, both of which connect to DFW International Airport, Dallas Market Center Station, UT Southwestern and the Medical District and Dallas Love Field Airport. The property is also easily accessible from Woodall Rogers Freeway, Interstate 35, Dallas North Tollway and US 75.

Construction is currently underway with completion slated for the second quarter of 2021. Preleasing will begin fall of 2020.
