Nashville, Tenn.—Crescent Communities and Pearl Street Partners have broken ground on a new 337-unit garden-style community in Nashville. Crescent Bellevue Place will be built on the northeast parcel of the One Bellevue Place master-planned development. In addition to the residential project, One Bellevue Place will also include 350,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of planned office space.
Located adjacent to the retail component, Crescent Bellevue Place will feature high-end amenities such as a luxurious pool amenity center, complete with a lounge area, an outdoor kitchen and a complimentary back room featuring a 2,400-square-foot dining area with a grill.
“Crescent Bellevue Place will be the ultimate backyard in Nashville’s backyard. It will be a place where residents can either recharge and recalibrate among abundant green spaces or commune with others in a vibrant urban setting,” Benjamin Collins, senior vice president of Crescent Communities, said in prepared remarks.
Crescent and Pearl Street have partnered before in Nashville. Projects include the 280-unit Crescent Music Row apartment community currently under construction or a recently proposed 35-story residential tower in downtown Nashville.
