Cammeby’s Completes Reno of Brooklyn Luxury Community

Located in the borough's Brighton Beach neighborhood, the updated Shorecrest Towers at Trump Village includes a series of high-end unit upgrades and new lifestyle amenities.

Cammeby’s International has completed renovating the Shorecrest Towers at Trump Village, a luxury apartment community located in Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach neighborhood. The interiors were designed by Andres Escobar and Associates, which also recently delivered the design plans for Toll Brothers City Living’s luxury condo building in Hoboken, N.J.

The property was built in 1964 and encompasses two 23-story residential towers, which include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The apartments feature oak flooring, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and back-splashes, white high-gloss cabinets, sleek lighting, ample closet space and private balconies overlooking Coney Island beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines.

Aesthetics meets functionality

Upgraded lifestyle amenities include:

  • State-of-the-art fitness center
  • Renovated, 24-hour attended lobby
  • Children’s playground
  • New residents lounge with fireplace
  • Refurbished community room
  • On-site valet services

We’ve introduced a new level of luxury living in South Brooklyn, and in doing so, we’ve created a dynamic culture at Shorecrest Towers that has energized the community and is attracting new residents,” Gregg Kravchuck, senior property manager for the Shorecrest Towers, said in a prepared statement.

Located at 2940 and 3000 Ocean Pkwy., the residences are four blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The neighborhood is connected to the upcoming Neptune/Sixth office building, with nearby amenities including boutiques and markets, eateries, entertainment options, multiple bus lines and a subway line.
