The 744SFL Recessed Humidity Sensing Bath Fan/Light features Energy Star-certified automatic ventilation features and SensAire technology detectors, which react to humidity levels. Featuring 70 cfm at 1.5 sones, the product can be programmed to automatically turn off through the use of an adjustable timer. The product uses a R30-, 2700K-, 16W-fluorescent lamp and can be used over the shower if connected to a GFCI circuit. The product features a six-inch white trim.
