Upgrading Amenities

MHN has a new poll! We want to know what category of amenities you are focusing on upgrading this year at your communities. 

Last month, we wanted to know your thoughts on how the tax bill provisions reducing the corporate and pass-through rates would impact the real estate industry. Of the total respondents, an equal 30 percent said they would be detrimental or have little impact on the industry. Read on to see the results.
