Pinnacle to Manage Seattle Luxury Asset
The 79-unit community is under construction and will soon begin pre-leasing.

Seattle—Pinnacle has been selected to manage Medora Apartments, a 79-unit luxury community under construction in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Seattle.
The three-, four- and five-story property offers 24 two-bedroom units, 17 studios and 14 urban units, featuring resort-style amenities such as a fitness center, 64 parking-spaces, 24-hour package lockers and planned resident activities. According to Yardi Matrix, the development will also offer 3,100 square feet of retail space.
Located at 6800 Roosevelt Way at NE 68th, the property provides easy access to the Sound Transit light rail station, a Whole Foods Market and a mix of retailers, restaurant and recreation options at Green Lake, just across Interstate 5. Medora is centrally situated in downtown Seattle, near the University of Washington and many major employers.
Recently, the company was selected to manage Helios Apartments, a 258-unit luxury community in Eaglewood, Colo.
