Philadelphia Luxury Condos Offer Waterfront Views

Philadelphia—Many thoughts come to mind when one things of Philly: cheesesteaks, the Liberty Bell and Rocky, to name a few. But luxurious waterfront condos? Not typically. However, Dockside Condominiums is trying to change that with their new gated community called The Residences at Dockside.
“Built atop a pier on the Delaware River, The Residences at Dockside offers the most luxurious waterfront living experience that Philadelphia has to offer,” Donna Bartynski, COO, Dockside Condominiums, tells MHN.
The 16-story community, located on the Delaware River, contains 242 units. The units contain private terraces, granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers and storage space for residents. Prices for the condos range from $264,500 to $800,500.
Building amenities at The Residences at Dockside include 24-hour security, a fitness club, pool, and a recreation room called the Club Room featuring a kitchen, pool table, grand piano and a TV. Additionally, residents can reserve the Club Room for private parties and meetings.
The Residences at Dockside also features a free daily shuttle bus that runs to Center City. The building is located near many local attractions, such as the Sugarhouse Casino, Delaware River Trail, the Seaport Museum and the Susquehanna Bank Center.
But what Bartynski really thinks is the best draw is the view.
“One of the best amenities that we offer at Dockside is a fantastic resort-style Club Room that features a backdrop of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Center City skyline,” she says. “Nowhere else in Philadelphia do you have this front row seat right outside your window. ”
