Penthouse Condos Selling Quickly at 40 Park

Morristown, N.J.—In New Jersey, penthouse living seems to be in demand. Two penthouses have recently been sold at 40 Park, a luxury condominium community managed by Roseland Property Company in Morristown, N.J.
“The penthouses…are some of the most impressive residences we’ve ever been a part of, setting a new standard for luxury and elegance,” Debra Tantleff, vice president of development at Roseland Company, said in a press statement. “We’re delighted that buyers are reacting positively to these exceptional homes.”
These sales include a three-bedroom, three and a half-bathroom residence, with 2788 square feet, a gourmet kitchen and terrace. Additionally sold was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with 1,730 square feet.
The remaining penthouses at 40 Park, of which there are five, include two- and three-bedroom units priced from $1 million to $2 million. Amenities include hardwood floors, marble countertops and gourmet kitchens. Each unit also includes a parking space and concierge service.
Residents also have access to The Park Center, which is a private amenity floor that includes a fitness center, billiards tables, flat screen TVs and a media room.
The community is located near several highways, as well as employment centers.
