Peak Campus to Manage University Edge in Youngstown
Peak Campus has been selected as manager of a new student housing facility near the Youngstown State University campus.
Youngstown, Ohio—Peak Campus has been selected to manage the upcoming University Edge project in Youngstown, Ohio. Construction is underway for the 162-bed student housing facility that should open in fall 2016.

Located at 348 West Rayen Ave., University Edge will sit right next to the Youngstown State University campus. The student housing facility will be built in phases to include retail space and 168 additional beds.
University Edge will offer fully furnished one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom floorplans with bed to bath parity. The apartments will include washer and dryers, walk-in closets, stylish finishes, and 9-foot ceilings.
Community amenities at University Edge include Wi-Fi, full appliance package and on-site parking. Since launching at the end of November, the project was 80 percent pre-leased at the time of the announcement.
