Minneapolis—Peak Campus, one of the leading student housing operators in the U.S., has announced that it has been selected to manage The Pavilion on Berry in Saint Paul, Minn. The 552-bed garden-style student community serves the University of Minnesota.

“We are excited to be managing another asset in the University of Minnesota market—one of our most active and most successful in the country. Peak Campus remains committed to using our market-leading performance for our client and residents,” Bob Clark, CEO of Peak Campus, said in a prepared statement.

Located at 950 Jefferson Commons Circle, The Pavilion on Berry is only minutes away from campus and it features two- and four-bedroom apartments with bed-to-bath parity as well as a washer and dryer combo. The 150-unit property also offers a fitness center, video game theater, outdoor grilling areas, a business center and a game room.
