Peak Campus to Manage Columbia Student Housing Asset
The four-story property is slated to open before the 2020 school year begins. Pre-leasing for summer 2020 will begin this month.

After it was selected to manage The Mark at Lexington back in May, Peak Campus has expanded its management portfolio with Reign Living at the Stadium, a 126-unit student housing property in Columbia, S.C. The community will mark the company’s second managed asset in Columbia. Reger Holdings has partnered with Reign Living to develop the student housing property.
Located at 1105 Shop Road, Reign Living at the Stadium will serve students attending the University of South Carolina. Currently under development, the four-story property is scheduled to open in time for the 2020 school year. Pre-leasing for summer 2020 will begin this month.
The 504-bed community will feature a mix of three-, four- and six-bedroom units averaging 1,730 square feet and include in-unit amenities such as walk-in closets, wood-style flooring, electronic key entry, washer/dryer, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Common-area amenities are set to include an outdoor firepit, lazy river with music surround sound, oversized hot tub, outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, sand volleyball court, sundeck, bicycle storage and a lobby lounge. Additionally, a private shuttle to campus is available.
