Peak Campus to Manage 587-Bed Student Housing Complex in Minneapolis
DRA Advisors acquired Metro Park East, a community serving students of the University of Minnesota, and appointed Peak Campus to manage the property.

Minneapolis–Peak Campus was recently appointed to manage a 587-bed student housing community located in Minneapolis. The mid-rise Metro Park East was purchased by DRA Advisors.

Located just minutes from the University of Minnesota, Metro Park East offers one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments. The property’s amenity package includes study lounges, complimentary coffee and tea, landscaped courtyards, heated private access parking garage, onsite storage and maintenance bike shop, deluxe fitness lounge, stand-up tanning, media lounge and digital gaming center.
