Peak Campus Selected to Manage Off-Campus Student Housing
Gateway at Tempe, a student housing facility located nearby ASU, will be managed by Peak Campus.

Phoenix—Peak Campus was recently selected to manage one of the largest student housing facilities in Tempe. The 918-bed project called Gateway at Tempe serves students at Arizona State University and is conveniently located one mile east of campus.

Located at 1655 East University Drive, Gateway at Tempe is situated on 19 acres and offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans. Monthly rates here start as low as $604 for a bed in a four-bedroom unit and go as high as $1089 for a one-bedroom apartment. Community amenities for residents include a resort-style pool, basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball, fitness center, study lounge, 24-hour on-call maintenance.
