East West University has chosen Peak Campus to manage The Flats at East West University, a 70-unit, 240-bed high-rise student community in Chicago. The university developed the $30 million property between 2011 and 2013, according to Cook County records.

Located at 829 S. Wabash Ave., the property sits next to East West University in the South Loop neighborhood and is within three blocks of Columbia College Chicago. Numerous L and bus stations are within a short walk, as are multiple attractions including Grant Park, the Field Museum and Soldier Field.

The community contains a mix of studio, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 296 to 811 square feet. The asset features a variety of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, laundry facilities, a full-size basketball court, a business center and a common lounge area on each floor. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the structure. The building is also home to the university’s Student Life Center.
