Durham, N.H.—Student housing operator Peak Campus has assumed management of The Lodges at West Edge, a student community serving the University of New Hampshire.
Located at 259 Mast Road, the 142-unit, garden-style property features two- and four-bedroom fully furnished apartments and cottage-style homes with bed-to-bath parity. Property amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops and walk-in closets. The 460-bed community also offers a multi-purpose clubhouse, fitness center, indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool with sauna, fireplace, sand volleyball, 24-hour computer lab and UNH shuttle services.
The property, located just minutes from UNH, offers convenient access to a variety of urban amenities spurred by the university’s active campus. In addition, the student community is close to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and is situated less than 90 minutes away from Downtown Boston and the White Mountain National Forest.
