Peak Campus Expands SC Student Housing Portfolio
The 132-unit community serves students attending Clemson University. This transaction brings Peak Campus’ Clemson portfolio to roughly 1,000 beds.
CEV Clemson
Peak Campus has been awarded management of CEV Clemson, a 480-bed student housing community in Clemson, S.C. Blue Vista Management owns the property.
Located at 700 Berkeley Place Circle, the 132-unit community serves students attending Clemson University. The student housing property offers convenient access to various restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues including Hardee’s & Red Burrito, Grand Central Station Disc Golf Course, Rotary Park, Walmart Neighborhood Market and Ingles Market.
CEV Clemson features a mix of two- and four-bedroom units with private bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen and living room area with high-end finishes and appliances, washers and dryers and roommate matching services. Additionally, unfurnished units are available upon request. Common-area amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, barbecue grills, tennis court, computer lounge and a pool table.
Peak Campus has expanded its Clemson portfolio to nearly 1,000 beds. The company’s latest management assignments include two developments totaling 752 beds in Bowling Green, Ky., and Omaha, Neb.
