San Diego, Calif. —A recently completed San Diego townhome community is set to hold a grand opening event this weekend. Developed by a team consisting of Lanshire Housing Partners and equity firm Pathfinder Partners, Bahia Vista Townhomes in Chula Vista is proving to be a success, with more than half of the units already sold.

Located at 778-784 Ada St., the 21-unit community is part of the blossoming Marina District. The unit mix at Bahia Vista consists of four, three-story Mediterranean style townhome buildings that offer 13 three-bedroom/three-bathroom units and eight four-bedroom/three-bathroom units, ranging between 1,600 and 1,800 square feet. Units offer private entryways, a balcony and a direct access, two-car garage.

The amenity package available at the community includes secured gated entrance, guest parking, paved trail, tot lot, barbecue and seating areas. In-unit features include vinyl wood plank and ceramic tile flooring, as well as carpeting, energy-efficient appliances and solid wood cabinetry.

Bahia Vista Townhomes has 10 units available for purchase, with prices now starting at $389,900. The available homes are a mix of three- and four-bedroom units.
