Scottsdale, Ariz.—Trinsic Residential Group is developing The Standard, a 134-unit apartment community in Old Town Scottsdale, which is expected to be completed in February 2016.
This is the first development in Arizona for the Dallas-based company.
“We think it’s a pretty unique apartment development,” Todd Gosselink, Trinsic’s managing director of Arizona, told MHN. “We have a partnership with a resort (Hotel Valley Ho) who shares the property line with us and it has earned a well-deserved reputation as a hot spot in Old Town Scottsdale. As part of our amenity offering to our residents, anyone who leases a unit at the Standard will have full access to all amenities at the resort.”
This includes valet, concierge, walk-your-dog, room service, dry cleaning and use of the pool.
The Standard will feature eight unique floor plans with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment and penthouse homes ranging in size from 650 to 1,750 square feet.
“Another part of development we feel is unique is our unit count,” Gosselink said. “We are relatively small for Arizona, which will create that boutique feel. Something you don’t often find in the area.”
Upscale finishes will be found throughout including nine-foot ceilings, hard wood flooring, ceramic tile in baths, quartz countertops, Energy Star appliances, spacious walk-in closets, private patios or balconies, double vanities, frameless walk-in showers, and recessed can lighting.
Amenities apart from those at the hotel include a spa, pool, community room, outdoor kitchen and grilling area, poolside athletic center, pet spa, bicycle loaner, roof deck, onsite recycling and an underground parking garage.
The Standard is steps from the downtown district’s plethora of first-class notable shopping destinations, art galleries, local restaurants and bars, entertainment and activities. According to Gosselink, residents will have expansive skyline views of downtown Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain and the Arizona Canal.
P.B. Bell will serve as the property management company.
