Kolter Urban Tops Off Palm Beach Luxury Condo Tower

The 48-unit project dubbed 5000 North Ocean is scheduled for delivery in the fall of 2019. KAST Construction serves as general contractor.

Kolter Urban has topped off construction at 5000 North Ocean, a 19-story condominium development on Singer Island, in Riviera Beach, Fla. The boutique project spans more than 340 feet of direct oceanfront—from the Atlantic Ocean to Intercoastal Waterway—and is slated for completion in fall 2019.

Located at 5000 N. Ocean Drive, the luxury tower will feature 48 units, with floorplans ranging from 2,706 to 4,897 square feet, including four two-story SeaGlass residences. Amenities are set to include a lobby with full-time reception and concierge services, club room, outdoor plaza and fitness center. Residents will have access to an oceanfront pool, spa and entertainment area, as well as a private oasis beach zone.

Priced from $2 million, prime units remain available, including the Seabreeze residence, while some floorplans are nearly sold out.

The pet-friendly community will feature access-controlled entry points, covered parking spots, electric car charging spaces and bicycle storage. Residences will be delivered with move-in ready finishes and fixtures.

Kolter Urban has selected KAST Construction as the general contractor. Randall Stofft Architects and BC Architects are the designers behind 5000 North Ocean. In March, Kolter Urban secured financing for 100 Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with KAST Construction developing that project as well.

“Residents of north Singer Island pride themselves on the privacy and exclusivity of the island. We kept that in mind when designing 5000 North Ocean. It’s a boutique development … spanning a 4.5-acre development site. This allowed for a more open design, including nearly an acre dedicated to a private beach oasis amenity,” Bob Vail, president of Kolter Urban, said in prepared remarks.
