Palisades Park Condominium to Offer Golf Simulator to Residents

Trio I and Trio II each have 70 units.Each unit features hardwood floors, marble floors in the master bathroom, granite countertops, washers and dryers and stainless steel appliances. The Trio buildings also feature fitness centers, business suites, children’s playrooms and three-level self-park subterranean garages.Trio I offers one-, two- and two-plus bedroom units, available in 16 different floor plans. Additionally, there are seven penthouses. One-bedrooms begin at $380,000 and two-bedrooms begin at $485,000. The building is approximately 90 percent sold and Trio II recently opened for sale.The development is located minutes from the George Washington Bridge, providing easy access to New York.
