P.B. Bell Opens Multifamily Development with High-Tech Features
A partnership between P.B. Bell and Cox Communications will give residents Cox Gigablast Internet service of 1 gigabyte, which is as much as 100 times faster than the average Internet service and the fastest residential Internet speed available in the state.
Phoenix—P.B. Bell has opened its latest multifamily property, Escape, near Highland Ave. and 16th St. in Phoenix. The community features 244 apartment units in a resort-style setting.
Escape offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as two-story loft layouts, ranging in size from 713 square feet to 1,252 square feet. The four-story, interior corridor community wraps around a pool, fitness center, and resident lounge, offering with views of Camelback Mountains and a courtyard area.
Escape will also offer access to various kinds of technology. As part of a partnership between P.B. Bell and Cox Communications, Escape’s units will give residents Cox Gigablast Internet service of 1 gigabyte, which is as much as 100 times faster than the average Internet service and the fastest residential Internet speed available in the state.
Also, the property will offer residents an option to have a Smart Home experience with Cox Homelife, which features home automation capabilities such as live video viewing and energy controls for temperature and lighting. “We’re constantly looking ahead to see how we can deliver innovative services, such as the Cox products, video conferencing capabilities in our business centers and interactive fitness equipment, to our residents,” noted R. Chapin Bell, president of P.B. Bell.
Escape is also pet-friendly and offers access to covered and underground parking as well as detached garages, a bike service station, and extended patios that overlook the interior courtyard. In an effort to increase energy efficiency and reduce utility costs, P.B. Bell has equipped a majority of the community’s common area lighting fixtures with LED light bulbs.
