Arista GroundbreakingP.B. Bell, a multifamily specialist, with joint venture partner Gilbane Development Co., have broken ground on resort-style apartments in the Ocotillo master-planned community in Chandler, Ariz., Arista at Ocotillo. MT Builders is the general contractor.

The 211-unit property will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units. As a gated community, the Arista at Ocotillo residences will be accessed by interior corridors with elevators, and residents will have access to 24-hour on-call maintenance.

Amenities

Common amenities include a bocce ball and bag toss court illuminated by bistro lighting, while the community’s lakefront ramada is finished with a built-in barbecue bar. Arista at Ocotillo’s resort-style pool area features cabanas and fireplaces.

A third-floor clubhouse is encircled by a wrap-around balcony, and a community lounge features a barista café and gaming area. Other amenities include a dog park and dog salon, a theater room, and optional detached or attached garages, allowing access to the community’s air-conditioned corridors.

The building reflects the Santa Barbara style of design, which is common to other developments in the Ocotillo area. Elements of that style include covered and arched walkways, arched windows and tile detail. White is a major part of the color scheme, with tan accents and red tile roofing. The first phase of Arista at Ocotillo is expected to be complete in November 2018.
