Celadon on Club, a 352-unit luxury community in Lawrenceville, Ga., is now open. Oxford Properties developed the 33-acre project that replaces the oldest country club in Gwinnett County, which closed in 2019. RAM Partners serves as property manager.

Built on the former Northwoods Country Club golf course, Celadon on Club comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging from 685 to 1,438 square feet. Apartments feature stainless-steel appliances, ceiling fans and granite countertops, as well as private balconies or patios for select units. Common-area amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, swimming pool, pet spa and golf simulator, together with coworking spaces, EV charging stations and large areas of green space.

Located at 3355 Club Drive, the community is near the 25-acre Club Drive Park which features outdoor basketball courts, a fishing lake and a playground. The property is close to Pleasant Hill Road, which connects to Interstate 85, while also being about 35 miles from downtown Atlanta.

Multifamily construction in Atlanta kept a brisk pace in 2022, turning the metro into one of the top markets for residential deliveries. More than 10,000 units were delivered through November, with another 33,086 underway, according to a recent report.
