One Year Later: Presidential Impact

MHN has a new poll! We want to know how your predictions of President Trump’s influence on real estate have changed since he took office one year ago. 

Last month, we wanted to know what your expectation was for the multifamily industry going into 2018. Of the total respondents, 52 percent said the market is headed for a soft landing, but there is still room for growth in the cycle. Following that was 20 percent saying the market is overdeveloped, but rent growth is slowing. Read on to see the results.
