Oakwood Management has been selected as the management company for River & Rich, a community in Columbus’ oldest neighborhood, Franklinton. The mixed-use project is developed by the partnership between CASTO, Robert Weiler Co., Kelley Cos., Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and S2. According to Columbus Business First, the 230-unit River & Rich is a $40 million project that broke ground at the beginning of this month.

Located at 230 West Rich St., between Rich Street and the Scioto River, the nine-building project will also feature 25,000 square feet of retail space and a two-story, 292-space parking garage. Apartments will be a mix of townhomes and garden-style units as well as one- and two-bedroom units. CASTO and its partners will also seek input from local artists and Franklinton stakeholders on building murals and public art installations.

Oakwood Management Co. was also recently selected as managing agent for nearby community, Highpoint on Columbus Commons.
