NYC Firm Launches Investment Platform
Hello Vision will provide financing for ground-up and renovation development projects, as well as invest in multiple asset categories.
Brooklyn-based real estate development firm Hello Living has launched Hello Vision, an investment platform that will provide financing for ground-up and renovation development projects as well as invest in multi-family, mixed-use, medical and office asset classes.
In November 2018, Hello Living announced its first ground-up development in the Bronx—a 103-unit condo and mixed-use project dubbed Hello W. The development marked the company’s second project outside of Brooklyn. The development, located at 1049 Washington Avenue in the Morrisania section of the Bronx, is the first investing opportunity for the Hello Vision platform.
The property—which will feature 74,896 square feet of residential space, 48,364 square feet of community facilities and 27,134 square feet of retail space—is being designed by ND Architecture & Design.
“Hello Vision offers accredited investors a unique opportunity to partake in a vital part of cutting-edge real estate development,” said Eli Karp, CEO & founder of Hello Living, in prepared remarks. “By participating through Hello Vision, investors are spared the usual complications innate to investing in real estate—especially with respect to New York City developments. Hello Vision investors will obtain the benefit of Hello Living’s expertise and established track record, spanning almost two decades, along with the critical ability to successfully manage every detail from planning to execution.”
