Berkadia has secured the sale of 20 Hawley Street, a 91-unit student housing community in Binghamton, N.Y. Berkadia’s Managing Director Kevin Larimer and Director Greg Gonzalez arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, Hawley Street Members LLC. Vesper Holdings acquired the asset. Senior Managing Director Peter Benedetto and Director Aaron Moll secured a Freddie Mac acquisition loan on behalf of the buyer, Vesper Holdings.

Serving Binghamton University—situated minutes from the property—the community provides convenient access to the OCC Bus System, Columbus Park and various dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

20 Hawley Street features a mix of one-, two, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimentary utility package. Common-area amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, golf-simulator, study lounge, on-site movie theater, tech center, laundry services, on-site restaurants, underground parking, resort-style hot tub and grilling area.
