NWP Services Launches Training/e-Learning Product for Multifamily Clients

Irvine, Calif.–NWP Services Corp. (NWP) has launched Multifamily Training Central, a new Web-based training/e-learning product that delivers advanced training technologies and services to its multifamily clients. “This is comprehensive web-based training for our clients who are interested in enhancing their NWP on-site training experience and gaining the ability to offer their internal training in a high impact and cost effective manner,” says Angela Rodebaugh, director of resident care and property training systems for NWP. “We understand that the demands on-site and the need to reduce expense are greater than ever.”With this product, on-site associates can connect to a system that will capture and report on their training progress via the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). Multifamily Training Central is the latest develpment from NWP designed to advance a property management professional’s knowledge about utility expense reduction, leadership, conservation programs and practices, and offers a series of self guided on-demand training tutorials on maximizing the NOI benefit of programs offered by NWP.  Tutorials integrate quiz questions which link directly to a Progress Tracker. Training certificates are then provided online to those staff members that have completed their coursework. Multifamily Training Central also offers apartment residents who visit the site several features and benefits including maintenance and service messaging, events board and conservation tips.
