The system is based on an engine built specifically to serve multifamily property owners and fee management companies who face complex resident billing requirements, especially those found in rent, water, electric, gas, sewer and trash resident billings.Some of the benefits of NWP v8.0’s benefits are it offers its customers over 400 business model options to store critical information about residents, apartments, their services and more as well as its ability to support different billing methodologies and formulas.
