Atlanta—Less than two years after shovels hit the ground to build Atlantic House at the corner of 14th and West Peachtree streets, the luxury apartment building is ready for a grand opening ceremony on Nov. 17.

The 32-story high-rise was constructed by a joint venture between local developers Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co. Located at 1163 W. Peachtree St. N.E., Atlantic House features 407 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. The building’s top six floors contain 68 premium one- and two-bedroom apartments with larger floor plans, ten-foot ceilings and high-end amenities such as quartz countertops, double sink vanities and half baths.

“Our market-leading amenities including the signature SkyDeck on the top floor as well as our integrated design make this a truly unique and exciting project for our partnership, and one we are confident the renter-by-choice will appreciate,” said in prepared remarks Jim Borders, president of Novare Group.

According to Yardi Matrix, estimated rents at the property range between $1,478 per month for a studio and $3,237 per month for a two-bedroom unit.

Common amenities include a business center, fitness center with yoga studio, two rooftop pools, a clubroom, outdoor kitchen with grilling areas, outdoor patio space, and tennis court. Residents also have access to a dog park situated on top of an attached garage with 712 parking spaces.

Atlantic House is located on Midtown’s main commercial corridor, close to the Woodruff Arts Center and within walking distance of MARTA’s Arts Center station with easy access to Interstates 75 & 85.
