Northmarq Brokers Luxury DFW Deal
The build-to-rent community was completed last year.
Northmarq has secured the sale of Yardly Dechman, a 142-unit luxury build-to-rent community in Grand Prairie, Texas. Northmarq represented Taylor Morrison, the property’s seller and developer, in the transaction.
Completed in 2023, Yardly Dechman is a 16-acre community comprising one-story townhouses with one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 717 to 1,054 square feet. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, pickleball court and a dog park, as well as 149 covered parking spaces and 40 detached enclosed garages.
Yardly Dechman is located at 3950 Dechman Dr., just off Interstate 20. Eateries and retail options are within a 5-mile radius from the property. The community is near two golf courses, The Grand Oaks and Prairie Lakes, and in proximity to Mountain Creek Lake and Cedar Hill State Park. More than 20 state schools are in the area. Downtown Dallas is 18 miles east and downtown Fort Worth is within 23 miles west of the property.
