Residents have already begun settling into the building and more closings are underway, with over 50 percent of the newly finished homes sold. Steiner NYC reports that 11 units were sold over the last 60 days.
Designed to capture the industrial, artistic vibe of Williamsburg, 80 Metropolitan includes 114 lofts featuring 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, lapacho wood flooring. 80 Metropolitan also features nine townhouses, all with private, grassy backyards, wood decks, second floor terraces, and direct access to parking spaces at the basement level.
Amenities include an indoor, windowed swimming pool and fully equipped fitness center with yoga studio, as well as a Zen garden, common rooftop terrace, lounge/media room with kitchenette, and 24-hour on-site concierge.
