New Year Incentive for New Townhomes

Robbinsville, N.J. – Construction is underway on the first houses at Springside at Robbinsville in Mercer County, N.J. Completion is scheduled for August. The new community, developed by Sharbell Development Corp., offers 134 single-family homes, as well as 16 townhomes. Sharbell is currently offering special New Year pricing on the homes until March.

The two-story single-family homes at Springside will range in size from approximately 2,600–3,400 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half baths, and two-car garages. Some homes will have second-floor lofts and/or first-floor dens. A limited number of four bedroom options are available. Prices for the single-family homes now begin at $525,000.

The townhomes at Springside will offer from 2,395 to 2,557 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages. Two different townhome floor plans are now available. Prices start at $420,000.

Jennifer Dominguez, director of marketing and sales for Sharbell, tells MHN, “Sales at Springside have been strong since we opened last year. But winter is typically a time when most builders in our area see traffic slowing down slightly, so we wanted to offer something that would encourage buyers to visit now, during the winter months.”

The special pricing at Springside at Robbinsville is available on any home in Phase 1 that enters into contract by March 1, 2015. In addition, the builder is offering a 20 percent discount on options (to a total discount of no more than $10,000) on any home in contract by March 1, 2015.

Homes at Springside will include features such as 9-foot ceilings on the first floor; hardwood flooring in foyers, dining rooms, kitchens and breakfast areas; interior oak tread staircases; gourmet kitchens with 42” birch upper cabinets, granite countertops and Jenn-Air™ stainless steel appliances.

“This community has been planned for quite some time, and we recently received final approvals. There aren’t any other new homes in this price point in Robbinsville,” says Dominguez.

Springside at Robbinsville is traditional-styled neighborhood with Belgian block street curbing and sidewalks lining the streets. The neighborhood will offer a recreational lifestyle that includes a community clubhouse and outdoor pool, planned for late 2016.
