New Townhomes Designed in Chicago Suburbs
Arbor aims to appeal to home buyers who want amenities but don't want to deal with maintaining their property.
Arlington Heights, Ill.—Red Seal Homes has opened a new decorated model in the second phase of Arbor Lane, a community of 16 maintenance-free townhomes in Arlington Heights, Ill.
“Arbor Lane is located in Arlington Heights, an established and extremely sought-after suburb of Chicago with great schools, where there isn’t a lot of new construction,” Brian Hoffman, Red Seal Homes’ vice chairman and chief financial officer, told MHN. “That makes Arbor Lane especially appealing for anyone who wants a brand new home with all the latest features, situated in a beautiful maintenance-free community.”
Located along Palatine Road, just east of Windsor Drive, Arbor Lane offers three tri-level townhome designs ranging from 1,719 to 1,742 square feet. The townhomes feature two to three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an attached two-car garage.
“The primary amenity at Arbor Lane is its central location in a great established community, which gives residents quick access to so many conveniences in the way of shopping and dining,” Hoffman said. “There are several shopping centers in the immediate area, as well as multiple grocery stores and a number of restaurants including sit-down and fast-casual options.”
Plus, Arbor Lane is a short distance from Arlington Lake Park, which has a two-mile loop around the lake for walkers and joggers, catch-and-release fishing, sailboat and paddleboat rentals and a playground.
“We always consider the appeal of the surrounding area when choosing locations for our communities, and Arbor Lane is no exception,” Hoffman said. “Arlington Heights is known as a very friendly, community-minded village with great schools, a thriving downtown district and an easy commute into Chicago, which are all things that are very attractive to our buyers.”
In addition to being one of the only new-construction communities currently selling in Arlington Heights, Arbor Lane is also unique in the area for its maintenance-free lifestyle.
“At Red Seal Homes we understand that a home is usually the most significant purchase any individual will ever make. A model home at our communities adds a measure of transparency to the purchase, and a model allows buyers to see our product and help them feel confident in their decision,” Hoffman said. “That said, we really approach sales in our community with the mentality of a semi-custom builder, and we always stress to buyers that the model isn’t about seeing what the absolute final product will be. Rather, it’s a starting point to help them weigh different floor plan features and finishes and decide what they want most in their own home.”
