Cherry Hill, N.J.—The Klein Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate company, has announced the opening of a new luxury apartment community in Cherry Hill, N.J.
The community, named Dwell Luxury Apartments, has 233 one- and two-bedroom units, which range in size from 794 to 1,272 square feet. The apartments feature kitchens with granite countertops and islands and in-unit washers and dryers. Some units also include a patio or balcony and private garages.
Additionally, the community offers environmentally conscientious features, such as sustainable elements. Dwell is registered for LEED for homes, and the apartments contain Energy Star appliances and Low-E Argon windows. There is also a Level-2 electric car charging system around the property perimeter.
Dwell is also located in a convenient area. It is a short commute to Center City Philadelphia, as well as Atlantic City and the Jersey shore. The community is also close to NJ Transit and major bus stops.
The biggest draw for residents, though, is being part of the “Dwell lifestyle.”
