New Hansgrohe Handshowers Feature Push-Button Spray Modes

Bathrooms play an increasingly important role in landing and retaining renters. They, along with kitchens and community amenities, are a focus of any smart renovation or value-add play. But unlike your asset’s kitchens, bathrooms are guaranteed to see daily use. No matter what market a community is in, all renters start their day in the exact same way: with a shower.

It makes sense then to invest a bit of money into in-unit bathrooms. I am not saying that each apartment should have their own private day spa (though one can wish), but quality fixtures can make a big difference in quality of life when it comes down to the shower. Hansgrohe understands this mantra, and has refined their popular Raindance collection of handshowers with a new push-button spray mode selector. Known as Raindance Select, the product, which is billed as a new benchmark for the handshower market, lets users switch between the various types of sprays via an ergonomically placed button at the front of the spray handle.

Hansgrohe_RaindanceSelectShowerpipe2This is the first time the company has combined multiple shower technologies into a single handshower. The first choice is the RainAir spray, with utilizes large exit holes to create a gentle effect perfect for those looking for a little relaxation. The small exit hole setting known as Rain creates a forceful spray, and is useful for quickly rinsing away shampoo and soap for those who want to save some time during their morning routine. The third option offers a massaging jet good for targeting tense muscles.

When it come to choices, Hansgrohe doesn’t stop with the spray settings. The Raindance Select series, which was designed in collaboration with Phoenix Design, features two models available in all-chrome or a two-tone (white-chrome) look. Be sure to visit Hansgrohe for more information. Your future residents will thank you.
