Good news for the D.C. condo-hungry market. A local developer has delivered a new condo building in the city’s sought-after 14th and U street corridors.
MG Residential, the sales division of the Menkiti Group, announced this week the delivery and listing of Chapin Row, a newly constructed residential building with 30 for-sale condo units. The property is located at 1412 Chapin St., N.W. It offers one- and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 500 to 800 square feet and equipped with such high-end finishes as hardwood floors, marble countertops, recessed lighting and washer-dryers. Prices start from $399,900 and can go as high as $599,900.
According to MG Residential, Chapin Row has a walk score of 92, with convenient access to both the U Street and Columbia Heights Metro stations. It is also within walking distance of some of D.C.’s finest restaurants, cafes and shops.
“Chapin Row has been a great opportunity for MG Residential to expand our portfolio and offer residents of the District a unique, refined option for living in the heart of the action along the 14th and U street corridors,” Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, president of MG Residential, said in a statement.
Chapin Row was developed by real estate investor Getinet Bantayehu in partnership with Sevan Topjian.
