New Condo Development Coming to Downtown Phoenix
Architecture firm Shepley Bulfinch along with developer Sencorp have announced the opening of the first phase of en Hance Park.
Phoenix—Shepley Bulfinch, a national architecture firm, has announced the opening of phase one of en Hance Park, a three-phase condominium development in downtown Phoenix.
The project comprises three phases with phase one encompassing 49 units and 65,000 square feet of total living space. Located at Second and Moreland streets, the property is within walking distance of the Roosevelt Row arts district and a wide range of urban amenities. In addition, the development overlooks Margaret T. Hance Park, a 32-acre green space and cultural destination. The unit mix ranges from 500-square-foot micro-units to 1,700-square-foot three-bedroom units with white gloss cabinets, quartz countertops, and designer fixtures and finishes.
Shepley Bulfinch joined hands with developer Sencorp to develop the property, which upon completion will cover nearly an entire city block. The property features live/work units and glass garage doors that enable extra light and connection to the outdoors, as well as a covered outdoor lobby with a pool and spa area.
“Our goal for en Hance Park was to build smartly designed residences that expertly combine functionality, creativity and sophistication. Shepley Bulfinch helped us realize our vision through ingenuity and practicality in the design and planning of this project. The firm gave careful thought to every living space and common area and it is this attention to detail that distinguishes en Hance Park as an urban oasis,” Alvaro Sande, CEO of Sencorp, said in a prepared statement.
