Denver—Mainspring Developers recently announced the opening of The Orpheus, a 26-unit luxury condominium property located in the heart of Denver’s Jefferson Park area. The company partnered with architecture firm Cuningham Group to develop the property.

The building offers luxury one-bedroom condos ranging from 633 to 871 square feet. Prices start at $259,000. Located at 24 Ave. and Decatur, just one block from Jefferson Park Village center, the property offers access to local shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants. The Jefferson Park neighborhood also offers a large variety of businesses and access to downtown, Mile High Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Downtown Aquarium, Children’s Museum of Denver and REI.

“The Orpheus presents a much-needed real estate ownership option into the Denver market. We designed this building as a nod to Denver’s longstanding tradition of iconic condominium buildings in areas like Capitol Hill and City Park,” Fiona Arnold, president of Mainspring Developers, said in a statement. “The Orpheus does just that and makes luxury condo living attainable by offering smaller footprints.”
