National Asset Services has been tapped to manage a newly expanded multifamily community in Groveport, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. The property, named The Preserve at Winchester Crossing, contains a mix of 189 condominiums and rental units. The current owner of the property is KB Exchange Trust.

Located at 4455 Winchester Pike, the community sits within one mile of the Southeast Expressway, providing easy access to Interstate 270 and the Columbus area. A retail center sits less than half a mile away, anchored by a Giant Eagle grocery store and home to restaurants, medical offices and a bank.

Originally constructed in 2005 as 31 condos, the property was expanded last year to include 158 apartments. All units contain two bedrooms and range from 1,032 to 1,248 square feet. Rental rates start at $899 per month. A number of amenities are available for residents, including a fitness room, swimming pool and detached garages.

Last year, Oakwood Management was selected to manage a large mixed-use development, also in the Columbus area.
