Sunny Isles, Fla.—John Moriarty & Associates of Florida topped off Muse Residences, a luxury condominium project located at 17100 Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles, Fla. The twisting glass tower was developed as a joint venture between Property Markets Group and S2 Developement. The structure was designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, with the common areas designed by Antrobus & Ramirez. The building is set for completion in 2018.

The 51-story, 600,000-square-foot, 68-unit tower will offer interior features such as eight-foot Italian entry doors, marble and wood flooring, custom Italian cabinetry, personalized art from Helidon Xhixha, Dornbracht and Duravit plumbing fixtures, a midnight bar in the master bedroom and 12-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows. Resident amenities include a breakfast gallery, vanishing edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, an automated parking area and cooling storage.

“It is a privilege to work on such an architecturally stunning and structurally challenging project such as Muse Residences,” said John Leete, executive vice president of John Moriarty & Associates of Florida. “Once again, we are delighted that the developers have entrusted Moriarty to deliver an extraordinary building that is also a work of art.”
