Lyen moves from network administrator to director of network operations, Niswonger has been promoted from general ledger associate to lead general ledger associate and Stocks, who was community association manager is now senior community association manager. All three are based in the firm’s Irvine headquarters.As director of network operations, Lyen will oversee the management information systems department, which includes managing projects, budgets, hiring and supervision of the department staff. Lyen will also help to ensure the stability of the network infrastructure, corporate applications and the overall performance of the company’s telecommunications network. Lyen completed the novel networking certificate program and received the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSSE) certification from the United Education Institute.In his new position as lead general ledger, Niswonger will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, association’s audits and tax returns. He will also prepare budgets, review reserve reallocations and train managers on accounting functions.As senior community association manager, Stocks will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts throughout Orange County. She is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), through which she has earned her certification as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM).TCR Hires Mark Barberich as Project ExecutiveRockville, Md.–Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) has hired Mark Barberich as project executive for the mid-Atlantic region, based in Rockville, Md. His responsibilities include coordinating project preconstruction activities, plan development, purchasing/contract administration and field construction operations. Barberich has over 20 years of experience in residential construction with Charleston Homes, The Bozzuto Group and Ryland Homes. He has been involved in the development and construction of many multifamily projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Coro Realty Appoints Jackie Wammock Vice President of Leasing Atlanta–Coro Realty Advisors welcomes Jackie Wammock as vice president of leasing. She will be responsible for overseeing all retail leasing and marketing activities for all in-house and third- party properties. Coro’s portfolio currently includes over 50 properties primarily located in the metropolitan Atlanta area.As vice president, Wammock will supervise the Coro leasing staff and manage out-of-state brokers.  Wammock brings with her more than 20 years of experience in retail leasing and shopping center development to Coro.
