Wellington, Fla.–Heather Straub (pictured) has been promoted to regional vice president of Bainbridge Management. Her responsibilities will include supervising the firm’s operations throughout the state of Florida.  Straub has 23 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, including five years at Bainbridge Management. During that time she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of portfolio management, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, property repositioning, renovations and real estate sales. She has also served on the board of directors of the Southeast Florida Apartment Association. Bainbridge also added Ricardo Alicea as regional property manager for the Orlando area. Adam Solomon is Now Associate Director of Solomon OrganizationNew York–The Solomon Organization has promoted Adam Solomon (picturedbelow) to associate director. Solomon has been working for the Solomon Organization for the past three years. He has been in charge of the marketing and social media programming for the Solomon Organization’s 1,000-apartment portfolio in Ithaca, N.Y. Appoints New CEOLake Forest, Calif.–Professional Community Management of California Inc. (PCM), has promoted Donny Disbro to CEO for the company. Disbro is succeeding former co-CEOs, Russ Disbro and Jeff Olsen, who will remain with PCM as chairmen and vice chairmen of the executive board. Disbro joined the company in 1997 as a full-time portfolio manager, overseeing a portfolio of common interest developments.
