Several of those listed below are leaders of Enterprise Impact Markets, which include New York, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., the Gulf Coast region, Ohio, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay area and the Pacific Northwest. In his new role, Holcomb will work closely with new clients to facilitate projects related to real estate management technology, along with promoting the new products and ventures of EverGreen Solutions. Holcomb will also lead the EverGreen Solutions sales team to facilitate additional opportunities for providing top level technology services for the real estate management industry.Lynne Shirley Hired as Pinnacle’s New Central Region Vice PresidentDallas–Pinnacle has hired Lynne Shirley as its new central region vice president.  She is responsible for new business development, recruiting, and developing management teams for Pinnacle’s Gulf Coast portfolio.Before joining Pinnacle, Shirley worked for Greystar Real Estate Partners for 15 years and held numerous positions within Greystar’s several divisions including management, development and most recently as a senior director in their Charleston, S.C.-based asset management division.
