CAS goes beyond traditional property management services with value-add businesses such as renovation construction, financial advisory and insurance services, energy procurement and national purchasing.“Portmann provides the strategic insight and leadership necessary to keep us at the forefront of the industry,” says CAS Chairman Keith Miles. “She will work closely with the leadership of Riverstone Residential Group and our other CAS companies and business groups to develop new services and products.” Colliers Makes New Appointments Including New Partners, and Other MovesMiami–Colliers Abood Wood-Fay has made several new appointments:• Senior Vice Presidents Carol Ellis-Cutler, Jay A. Ziv, CCIM, SIOR, John K. Crotty and David C. Metalonis, CCIM have all been selected as partners to the firm. • Albert E. G. Bolter recently joined Colliers Abood Wood-Fay as a real estate marketing analyst. Formerly employed by Colliers International Toronto North, Bolter has been instrumental in providing marketing and research services to office owners and users for more than 17 years. • Kristina Holloway recently joined the firm as a landlord representation broker specializing in the sales and leasing of mid-market commercial assets for office and mixed-use including new construction and existing developments. She was previously employed by Holly Real Estate. • Pani Roshani has been promoted to commercial associate working alongside Carol Ellis-Cutler and Bill Cutler. Previously, Roshani was the director of administration for the leasing division as well as the executive assistant to CEO Donna Abood. • Elizabeth Cross was promoted to vice president of marketing from her previous role as marketing director. Additionally, Cross has been appointed to serve in the Colliers international web development committee. • Donna Korn, senior vice president, has been appointed to the Leadership Broward Program, a nine-month premier leadership development program in Broward County, designed for professionals holding leadership positions in their community.Charlie Kennedy Returns to Sperry Van NessIrvine, Calif.–Charlie Kennedy has returned to Sperry Van Ness as senior vice president specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in Orange County. In 2004, he launched his own firm after working for Sperry Van Ness from 1998 to 2004. Also joining Kennedy’s team are Susan Doan as senior advisor, Patrick DiCaprio as advisor and Lacee Rashi as transaction coordinator.Damon Wyler, managing director for Sperry Van Ness Real Estate Services, oversees the region’s advisors and is also responsible for the growth of the Irvine office.“Kennedy has consistently been one of the region’s premier multifamily investment brokers and we are very excited to have him rejoin the Sperry Van Ness team,” says Wyler.
