Multi-Housing Executives Update: CAS Appoints Toni Portmann as CEO

Bolter recently joined Colliers Abood Wood-Fay as a real estate marketing analyst. Formerly employed by Colliers International Toronto North, Bolter has been instrumental in providing marketing and research services to office owners and users for more than 17 years. •    Kristina Holloway recently joined the firm as a landlord representation broker specializing in the sales and leasing of mid-market commercial assets for office and mixed-use including new construction and existing developments. She was previously employed by Holly Real Estate. •    Pani Roshani has been promoted to commercial associate working alongside Carol Ellis-Cutler and Bill Cutler. Previously, Roshani was the director of administration for the leasing division as well as the executive assistant to CEO Donna Abood. •    Elizabeth Cross was promoted to vice president of marketing from her previous role as marketing director. In 2004, he launched his own firm after working for Sperry Van Ness from 1998 to 2004.
